IT Consultancy will take place through Internet (if available) using a program similar to Windows Remote Desktop Connection, via phone, messenger, or in person (at our firm if possible, or on location).

The most common request are: email address configuration (Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird, etc.), OS installation & configuration, system optimization, data security, networking, and so on.

Note: the IT consultancy program is not 24/7 as we are humans that need sleep.
