We optimize your website for search engines, but as long as the content is not for general-interest, of great quality, and competition websites provides a better one, you will not be the first in a search. We try making your site the first for a few search terms, and be on the first page for the general site-related terms. Still, without a regular update, over time, your rating might drop. No one knows in full how exactly a search engine works (and there are so many out there, and no 2 are alike).
